they can't at this point it is just become spam and they are blatantly ignoring me
you must have great credit, you must pay a upfront fee with no guarantees. as a rei i have invested 10k in these types of companies only to get nothing. pretty much just like do hard money, response, secured investment corp an others offering same products. we do not qualify based on our properties being to far from big cities therefore we have found a newly needed market. weird how 98% of these companies are out of Utah. huuuummmmm

These guys are great to work with!! Raising money for a rehab project and the process was quick and easy.
For the amount of money paid. $5K, I was not pleased with the results. They only got me $25K credit cards and $5K was used for their fee. They only do credit cards no business lines of credit. They only do the bare minimum. They told me that I should get around $40K but only contracted for $25K. You talk to an original person then get pushed off to two other people.
