I'll have my trash can in the road and they won't acknowledge me no more then at least once a month I have to put my trash cans in the middle of the road and I mean in the middle of the road before they'll even accept picking it up I make sure they are at least 10 inches away from either car I don't want to hear any damn excuses a whole month and they'll only pick my trash up once maybe twice and thats stretching it

Horrible service. We have moved and I am trying to cancel my service, but instead I have waited on hold twice for over 45 minutes. Absolutely awful service and I do not recommend them to anyone in the area. I wish I would have stayed with Shorts. Cheaper and they answer when I call.

We had WCA for our regular household waste removal service. Before we moved in June we tried SEVERAL times to reach someone who could cancel our service. First time was transferred twice to a voicemail box that was full. Second time, same issue. Third time after being transferred twice, finally reached someone who didn't have authority over where we live BUT promised she would get with her supervisor so they could get with the supervisor of the person who does handle our service area...It's now August and we're still receivi... read more

Cancelled in the middle of January on the 15th and they charged me the entire month then didnt send me me a final bill and sent me to a collection? Charged me another 4.00 bad business for a faithful customer for many years
