They did not pick up my trash on scheduled day (Tuesday) bin was set out Monday night. I called to complain on Wednesday morning. Was informed it would be picked up that day. It was NOT. On top of that I was told I have garage door service. To were my bins are supposed to be hand picked up from the side of the garage and then put back. Told the woman on the phone i do not have that service, a truck with the claw picks up from the curb. So im being charge a service i do not recive. The worst garbage company I've ever had. They skip me regularly without cause. Their staff are rude and condescending on the phone. I've had this garbage company for less than three months and they skip me more than half the time. If you have a choice, go with anyone else.

UPDATE: 7/3/24 I pulled over and put my hazard lights on because I have a baby. I had to close my trunk and the driver almost hit my car and blocked me in with my small baby. Then looked at me like I was in the wrong. They are definitely not being safe also they passed up several trash cans maybe 8. Which is the reason I drove up to put my hazard lights on and close my trunk with my baby in the car. Also the trash cans they passed up has up to date green stickers.
