My elderly mother had Dr.s appt @ last minute, day before appt., WB Medical Transportation was fortunately available, thank goodness. Micheal, our driver,was professional, helpful, polite, & knew his way around town. He gently helped get mom into & out of transport van in her wheelchair, snuggly securing not only the wheelchair, but mom herself. Awful. 0 stars. Transportation for a centenarian from a physical rehab facility. Driver was unbelievably rude to all family-members informing him of pt's age, pain level, and medical status to ensure she'd be carefully transported. Instead of recognizing this as information about how frail she was, he barked, "Are you insinuating I don't know how to do my job?" He then did not wait for the facility to carefully aid him in moving her, and quickly pulled her out of bed, while she yelped, into a wheelchair. He was so careless w... read more
Iv been with this medical transporter company for about a month now and boy i tell ya that this guy's are spectacular !! Love the facts that they're always on time and very carefully with Putting me into the van . I appreciate woody for always commenting with me on keeping me updated about when the guys are coming.
