1 star because he might sell you a new cart. brought my cart to him for repair and he refused to work on it due to an aftermarket controller that they installed on machine ! he denied doing the work at first until i told him i have the paperwork then stated he had problems with that company and will no longer work on anything with said part. he wouldn't even say if the controller was the problem i would have to replace it with an oem part or whatever they use now. i will never give them the sweat off my golf balls
Great experience from start to finish , Mike was great explaining all the different carts and options ..delivered right to camp site as promised, would definitely recommend if looking for a new or used cart...
