Horrible service. I pre-ordered two kitchen stools, which they suggested for me to do, in order to guarantee to get the product when back in stock. I was informed that they would be in at the warehouse for pickup at a certain date after many many calls and emails. I went to the warehouse on the given date and after an intensed search I was told that there was not an order, to make matters worse I was not even in the system, even though I had an invoice on my hand. Wazo a fait faillite en février 2025, et je crois qu’il ont re-ouvert en Juin 2025 sous le nom d’une nouvelle compagnie-baniere qui s’appelle Liquidation Deluxe, les set-up staging ressemble étrangement bizarrement «copié-collé» à anciennement Wazo furnitures… (et beaucoup de leur articles mobilier est pareil aussi).
