Customer service is terrible. If you have issues with their furniture, they will charge you to pick it up, even though the furniture is less than a year old. Wayside's quality has gone way down. I have bought furniture from them over 40 years, and i wont shop there again.
Terrible Service and they do not care about local people! Quality in the Expensive Smith brothers is LOW! Nothing but problems since the furniture was delivered.
Wayside is a great place to shop! Overall I give them a very good rating. Store is full of name-brand furniture and really nice accessories and art. I am impressed with the quality. The staff is always attentive, friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here and can always find what I am looking for.

Book case We needed a low-boy book case for our bedroom and found the perfect one at Wayside. The salesmen (and women) are helpful, but not pushy. Good bargains in the basement, too.
superb sales and design staff I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. My salesman, Bill was very knowledgable and able to assist me in matching fabrics and laying out my new room. He questioned what my goals were, and designed especially for me! I love my new room, and highly recommend him.
Home furnishings They have a great selection and the store is huge. They also have great sales. At christmas they give out gifts to customers and serve cookies, soup and pizza made in their own cafe beside the store. They are now going to open up an Outlet and have a great sale .
Great Furniture, Good Prices We searched store after store for the perfect bedroom suite and finally find it here. They had a ton of choices to choose from, with some high and some low prices. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for, within our price range. The salesperson was very helpful and I would go back to them for more furniture.
