Alex was fantastic, I came in with a problem that ultimately could not be solved at his bank but he took the time to call and find out how he could help me! He was so kind!
Alex is your typical man that is willing to do anything to fit in. He’s very rude to customers, and he was very rude to my husband, and I throughout the process of our banking. I had to call the branch manager in Nebraska to get Alex to get a charge that was beyond ridiculous. We have overdraft protection, for some reason waypoint bank literally does not know what overdraft protection means. We went through this bank for a year and never went back.
