I've had to come in for multiple random things. Every time I have felt heard, and I didn't feel like just another number. Just recently I've had thr misfortune of dealing with another loan agency, and Waypoint walked me through the whole process that didn't really involve them. They even called me to make sure everything was working out, not just to sell me something. I just walked in there to get a check cashed. Decided since I was already there ask about an account. For the employee to just assume I won't get approved for an account then reiterate that again on the fallow up question, like I missed it the first time, in what's supposed to be a professional setting is hilariously ridiculous. I don't tend to judge a customer thwt just walked in the doors at my job.
Best bank ever! Fabulous staff, professional and friendly.
