I contacted Wayne to complete my taxes for both my personal and LLC. We had an initial consultation, went over and explained everything so that there would be no surprises for when it came around to filing. Not only do he FAIL to notify me of the deadline (that i missed), but then proceeded to very briefly explain that he will not be doing my taxes due to not having enough resources (would've been nice to know a month ago so i wasn't rushing to find someone new.
