Poor business manners, repaired our lawnmower with out contacting us first, to tell us the problem which we Specified for them to do so we knew exactly what we were being charged for no phone call. Nothing then we got a phone call stating that it was in billing and lead anyone know what was wrong with it. They repaired it another charge in ** a hundred and one dollars to tighten up a cable

Hello ******, when you left a $50 deposit on the repair, you were told that it would be somewhere between $100-$150. The $50 deposit goes towards the bill. We do not call every customer when the repair falls between the quote or if it is a small fix. In order for ** to bring in the machine, diagnose the issue, fix the issue, test the machine, bill it out, and call you, it took about 45 minutes. Tightening the cable was just one of the things among others that we did to your machine. Our shop labor rate is $119/ hour.
Great People Considering how many people come into there store, they do a great job trying to help everyone. Not everyone comes in with the right stuff or they come in with an attitude, but they do a great job. As long as you have your model numbers, they will get you what you need. They are fun and easy to talk to. Prices are very competitive for not being a big box store. I have bought several machines there and they took care of me. Extremely poor customer service My brand new Toro, purchased at Home Depot, failed to start after one month of use. Toro has a "1st or 2nd pull or we fix it free for 3 years" warranty, so I called Toro to arrange service. They suggested a shop much farther from my home than Wayne Lawn & Garden, and I asked about using them, since they have Toro all over their shop walls. I just started going here this year. So I'm going to treat this like a new relationship and see how it goes. So far the staff is very friendly and nice. Buying a $ 350.00 weed wacker will make any staff worker happy lol. So far I like it here.
