I made the mistake of opening an IRA CD with them at their Frankfort office. The 2 years are up and I want to leave, and now I find out there's a $95 termination fee even though I've waited until marurity. Also don't expect to get a reminder from them 30 days in advance of maturity like banks do. I got nothing. Based on all their extra fees, I could have done better on my own.
