I had my papaw there and they left him in wet diapers and did not take care of him. When I went in to check on my papaw and make sure he was ok and get information on another situation regarding around the place I spoke to a Kelly M. She was very rude, told me I needed to fix my attitude even though I had worries and concerns and to top it off she told me I needed to leave and cussed me out and acted all sweet when her bosses came around, but claims to be such a Christian woman I wouldn’t send anyone to this place at all. Staff is horrible, CNAs do not do their jobs, putting your family member in here is a horrible idea because they do not care about the safety of your family

Wayne health care center is a great place. Has staff always ready and willing to help. Residents are well taken care of and loved. Great plase to take care of your family and join a new family of friendly staff and fellow roommates. Love love love it here.
