Do not go to this facility to get your taxes done. First, they had us drop off the paperwork with out seeing anyone, then we had to come in at a later time to sign the paperwork again and to complete the process. When we had dropped off the paperwork we noticed a lot of time had gone by and had not heard from anyone. When we called to see what was going on they had informed us that they lost our W2 and all our paper work that had all our personal information on it.
