They were all right nobody was smiling or happy it was like all government tax collecting agencies they have to deal with a bunch of pissed off people giving them money that they don't want to. But once they saw my puppies they were pretty friendly

Not a friendly customer service rep in this office. not to mention they won't give you their name so they can be held accountable.

Amy Aycock, I believe is her name or something similar to that, just hung up on me. I asked simple,, direct, one word answer questions and she refused to answer some of them and then proceeded to hang up on me and not answer further phone calls.

Very poor customer service with attitudes to match! I ask a simple tax question and the lady whom did not want to tell me her name ("C"), seems very bothered as if I ask her about a Tax question, go figure. I recommend if the staff is not happy working there, they need to find another job that allows them to do nothing or they just need to be relieved.
