Holly was extremely helpful. Not sure what other reviews are about.. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with Wayne County govt offices! Treat people with respect, they usually do the same!
They were all right nobody was smiling or happy it was like all government tax collecting agencies they have to deal with a bunch of pissed off people giving them money that they don't want to. But once they saw my puppies they were pretty friendly
Not a friendly customer service rep in this office. not to mention they won't give you their name so they can be held accountable.
