Amy Aycock, I believe is her name or something similar to that, just hung up on me. I asked simple,, direct, one word answer questions and she refused to answer some of them and then proceeded to hang up on me and not answer further phone calls.

Very poor customer service with attitudes to match! I ask a simple tax question and the lady whom did not want to tell me her name ("C"), seems very bothered as if I ask her about a Tax question, go figure. I recommend if the staff is not happy working there, they need to find another job that allows them to do nothing or they just need to be relieved. When I called for information this morning, all I got was a run around. All I wanted to know was why I could not use my Amex to pay. I was told by the evidently not too bright woman to whom I spoke that all cards except Discover were accepted. When I asked whether I could paytby Amex at the office, first she said maybe my card was "declined." I said not possible. Then she said again, that all cards were accepted except Amex, but if the on-line bill pay would not take Amex, then I could use any card except Discover. When I as... read more
