Very poor customer service with attitudes to match! I ask a simple tax question and the lady whom did not want to tell me her name ("C"), seems very bothered as if I ask her about a Tax question, go figure. I recommend if the staff is not happy working there, they need to find another job that allows them to do nothing or they just need to be relieved. When I called for information this morning, all I got was a run around. All I wanted to know was why I could not use my Amex to pay. I was told by the evidently not too bright woman to whom I spoke that all cards except Discover were accepted. When I asked whether I could paytby Amex at the office, first she said maybe my card was "declined." I said not possible. I am sorry I don't remember her name but, I called about information that I was TOTALLY confused about on my "Revaluation Notice" and she answered ALL my questions and was very helpful and pleasant. It made a great Monday morning. Thank you for being SO nice and your help.
