The pool tables are very old and need to be replaced or at least recovered. Who ever is in charge doesn't seem to see this as real issue. They sure spent a lot of money on a sign out front that didn't need to be replaced. Shame.
I enjoy using the exercise equipment. It's a very relaxed environment. Pool table and card games going on. And other activities to enjoy.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My mother came to this center Senior Fun day, 9:30 in the morning!!! And unconsciously passed out in her vehicle, for 6 HOURS!!! No one helped her no one ask if she was ok. NOTHING! for 6hours. If it was not for my sister tracking her location we would never known what was going on with her. We immediately called an ambulance. This Center’s awareness and compassion of the people who come there is UNACCEPTABLE! My mother is still in the hospital recovering!
Attempted to contact multiple people to determine what services may ba available for an elderly parent in the local community including interim home health services while waiting for referrals from their PCP and various Medicare questions related to post discharge from a local nursing care facility. One Coordinator did answer the phone but said there was a really long waiting list for home health services. The other Coordinator I was referred to did not return my calls over a three day period.
