Stopped by to cash a money order and was told they can't do it because I don't have an account with them.. money orders are insured and can be cashed anywhere with a valid ID.. of which I had. On the other hand the cashier was nice in telling me no.. that's why it's a 2 star and not one.
I absolutely love dealing with Brenda Gesell in the Franklin NY branch. She is so patient and helpful.
