Never a Long Wait Tellers at the drive thru are Fantastic
Terrible customer service on the phone. Very few employees know how and where money goes with money market accounts or IRA’s. The branch manager specifically is on a power trip as if he’s part of a legitimate bank that has more than 29 offices. Tried to go with a small town bank but it was a regretful mistake entrusting them with my money. Closed my accounts there.
Absolutely the best banking experience that I've ever encountered! I first went there over 15 years ago with my girl scout troop. They gave them a tour and we're so nice. I started banking there after that and formed a wonderful working relationship with the workers and especially the bank manager, Doug Atherton. They have been EXCEPTIONAL in every way that you can imagine. VERY friendly and personal, a small town feel that is mostly nonexistent in todays society. A+ for Wayne bank!! 5
