I've always been fully satisfied with Wayne Bank in Tannersville...I love when I walk in and see Lisa there, she's so friendly and helpful! Recently she was doing my transactions and I had a question about my online banking and she took the time to explain it to me and even offered a suggestion for doing it a better way which I like! Whenever I need something she is always helpful. She's such an asset to your bank.
Today was the last straw, after 15 years. A bank teller at Wayne Bank was rude to my wife at the counter today — completely uncalled for. On top of that, it consistently takes FAR TOO LONG to fund my paychecks, even though they’ve been coming from the same employer, E-Realty Services in Pocono Summit, for years.
