Kendall is an oweful lawyer beware and I would advise anyone who is seeking legal representation to STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! he is preoccupied with his real estate ventures that he will not devote the time needed to your case. he will show up to Depositions unprepared and and apparently doesn't know how to Try civil cases. BAWARE BEWARE BEWARE do not use this lawyer.
