First time was amazing however occupancy is limited, so now Everytime I see the cars I thumbs down 👎 them, if your going to create traffic then at least be able to transport a family who broke down. I use Lyft and Uber now

In the beginning things seemed much better than today. Specifically who ever is programming these routes, needs to be fired, and that software section needs revamped. If the executives in this company continue in this path, competition will easily over take them, making them worthless. All of this engineering on the car and safety features aren't worth anything if the consumer experience is horrible. 4 out of my last 5 trips had horrible routes. These cars accelerate fast! I find it a bit dangerous, especially in between intersections. It’s about the price of an Uber and everything, including opening the doors, is done through the Waymo app. Please expand to more areas in SoCal.
