Impossible to get to them after tax season. Which is the season you receive any negative letters from the IRS. I’ve tried every available number and email numerous times to reach them. I have followed every instruction received from the voicemail. My second letter from the IRS today. I’ve tried every number and email again. I’ll see if I receive any response.
