What a wonderful community! The staff is so wonderful , kind and show so much empathy towards all resident's It's wonderful to see so many people with such love and compassion caring for these resident's I would recommend 100% five stars. Thank you for all you do.
I have been coming to this facility as a hospice aide (Beacon hospice Charlestown) The staffs are great,playful, hardworking, The work with so much smiles on their faces which makes me wanna be there 7× a week,what gives me great joy is the way they treat the residents .Did I mention the activity section,the dancing ,the games.Royal wayland is the best place to put your loved ones ♥️
I moved my husband to Royal after having him at a five-star facility with beautiful furniture but rude staff! At Royal he was cared for with respect and kindness and his personal preferences were noted and responded to. Large isn't always good as I discovered. Sometimes good things come in small packages and although a small facility, they have what counts - good care.
Everyone has been very good with Chuck with his needs including helping him just would of liked little more exercise.. really appreciative of his new power and his communication iPad. Staff is really on top of his hygiene needs. I enjoyed the staff and Chuck enjoys everyone. Chuck going to activities and plays his own songs. Thanks staff for all their kindness.
The staff is very caring, communicative and attuned! My Mother has been receiving her care here for almost a year, and am so appreciative!
