I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it wasn’t for some of the staff who were nice. I would walk in every morning to se my friend in diarrhea and her breakfast tray sitting in front of her and they walk away. No help. That went on for almost 2 weeks until she was discharged.
I have worked for Royal Wayland for the past 7 years. I am proud of the fact the people who I work with are committed to the care and well being of the residents that work here. I am also proud to the fact that when families and employees enter the building the first people they meet are our Administrator Barbara and our DON Laura who above all else put the care of our residents and employees come first. Wayland is a very nice place the staff are very nice and take good care of the residents
This is a great Nursing Home, very clean building and very friendly staff
