So happy I went with Wayfinder! The movers were so friendly and they made everything so easy. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Very poor job on this move. Went to the second drop off first? Kept the Elder Transition staff waiting for hours for them at the first stop. Mom without furniture for most of the day. Received their payment right away. Elder Tran apologized on their behalf. Still no apology 3 weeks later from Wayfinder. Oh, and they cancelled our initial move date without the courtesy of contacting me.
Taj, Antonio, and Austin were great, kind and efficient.
Taj and Terrance were great! Extremely friendly, conscientious of personal belongings, and very strong! I've never been disappointed with Wayfinder Moving, it is an excellent company to work with for full house moving or just a few items. We will keep using Wayfinder again and again, and we recommend them 100%
We worked with Wayfinder for a local move back in March 2025 (Kenmore to Hamburg), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked with Ron on our estimate, and he was efficient, thorough, communicative, and an overall delight to work with. The team of Teresas did our full-house pack, and they were incredibly careful and (like Ron) super efficient - you could tell it wasn't their first rodeo.
