Horrible experience. I requested to have my car delivered in afternoon and was called early morning at 7 am stating my car was on the way. The woman on the phone was so rude. That wasn't all, then the driver for the tow truck acts overly friendly, stepping boundaries and sending inappropriate text messages to me when he is a much older man. This is unacceptable, absolutely disgusting.

I recently used the services of Way to go transport to facilitate the delivery of a vehicle from Melbourne to Qld. From the Owner, to the transport driver, I received exemplary service. Extremely courteous and professional in their attitude towards me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Kristy was incredibly rude over the phone and actually hung up on me mid conversation. There has been misleading communication (when there has been communication) throughout the process of trying to receive delivery of my car. No consideration given in regards to what my availability is as a shift worker on a rotating roster and there has been no flexibility what so ever in regards to delivery. Would never recommend this company to anyone! I am absolutely disgusted.

The driver confirmed delivery time as per what we were advised would happen & he was on time, which reduced stress on our part. They truly went above & beyond ensuring every step was without difficulty or problem. Also wanting to specifically co... read more
