RecommendedMy husband and I have been taking class for several months. He has back problems and he tried injections among many other things. Yoga has helped him so much. We both love the kind instructors who welcomed us warmly and encourage us go at our own pace. We are currently enjoying the virtual classes from home until we can get back to the studio together after the health crisis passes. It feels wonderful to be part of this community.
I don’t know what to say except my life would be way different (in a negative way) if I haven’t been attending Way of Life yoga!!! Acupuncture too!!!!
I couldn’t imagine life without Way of Life. The instructors are fantastic and classes are amazing! I am grateful for this experience. So many classes to choose from. Sign up and you won’t be disappointed
