The experience I had with these guys was Top Notch! They answered questions quickly, even including links to help explain a couple things (!). And the finish work they did on a set of Kershaw Bel Air titanium scales I ordered was better than I had even hoped for. It was worth every penny.
Theese guys are great. I ordered blemished RAT1.5 scales. They did a free bead blast that hid any imperfections. USPS took forever getting to me and I was worried they lost them so Way Of Knife sent me another set by UPS. Both sets did get to me and I was so impressed with their service and the scales I paid them for the extra set to try doing some modifications of my own ( I did a lightning anodizing on it. ) these scales are worth alot more than they are asking. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! Wonderful customer service, backed by experience and a whole lotta can-do energy! This was my first trip to their new shop which is an impressive upgrade. Lots of space and lotttts of gear for whatever the next adventure may be. WOK does excellent work at great prices. I've trusted them with some of my favorite knives and they have knocked it out of the park every time. If you're looking for someone to modify your knife or EDC gear, look no further.
I ordered a custom knife for my dad's birthday, he's a big Notre Dame football fan. Way of Knife took really great care and even contacted me to help me nail down options I'd missed to get the most authentic blue and gold going for the team. Needless to say, the knife is awesome. I believe I got better customer service from these guys within a 24 hour span than I have had from any other company, including ones I like a lot. I will be coming back for more!
