The broccoli I bought was rotten and mushy when I opened it 30 minute after I purchased. I went back to the store 2 days later and asked the staff if I could get a new one explaining the situation and showing the pictures, but the staff said I need to bring that actual rotten broccoli to get a refund. Apparently they sell everything on the day they pack, so broccoli can’t go bad. Then are the photos fake and am I lying for $1.98? Such a disappointment

店員剛剛在我拿完袋子後，拿消毒劑噴取袋子的架子；那個取袋子的設計只會接觸到前面那個、又不會接觸到後面的，這有點沒禮貌吧？ 況且這麼怕客人手髒帶菌，店員自己裝袋不就好了...就你們自己要客人自己裝的欸，剛才也是、店員掃完碼就看著我一手拿著卡(本來要結帳的)、一手很艱難的裝袋？
