Went for an eyebrow wax and tint. The esthetician just began applying dye to my brows without asking me what I wanted done. When done dying, I told her they were too light and I’d like a little darker. She then went darker and instead of showing me once that dye was done, she just began waxing without even saying she was about to start waxing. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted. I had a 100 minute massage with Shannon and it was absolutely divine. Shannon is amazing. Before the massage, we had a quick conversation going over my history and problem areas. She was able to find and focus on areas I didn't even know were tense. Shannon is a true professional and a master of her craft.
I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is kind and welcoming, the facilities are clean and cozy and the location is great. Michelle is amazing, so kind and mellow and does a great job. Highly recommend!!!
10/10 experience here! Came in for an impromptu wax appointment and they were so kind and willing to fit me in. Araya did my wax and she was so kind, sweet, and paid great attention to detail. Not to mention the place smells AMAZING. Would highly recommend!
