Best spa in the Triangle. I am a devoted client of Wax Poetic for many years for all different types of services. Waxing, laser, facial, make up and all my skin care products are religiously from WP. All the service providers are compassionate experts. Thank you Wax Poetic. You make me feel like a million bucks every time.
Went for an eyebrow wax and tint. The esthetician just began applying dye to my brows without asking me what I wanted done. When done dying, I told her they were too light and I’d like a little darker. She then went darker and instead of showing me once that dye was done, she just began waxing without even saying she was about to start waxing. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted. I had a 100 minute massage with Shannon and it was absolutely divine. Shannon is amazing. Before the massage, we had a quick conversation going over my history and problem areas. She was able to find and focus on areas I didn't even know were tense. Shannon is a true professional and a master of her craft.
