Wonderful Jenn is a thoughtful professional.
I had a 10am appointment, I arrived and the shop was closed. I waited an hour and half for someone to arrive to work and they never did. I called and rang the doorbell multiple times. I even called the other locations, which also, did not answer the phone. I waited a long time giving them the benefit of the doubt they were just running late, but by 1130 I gave up and went elsewhere. I never received an email or message apologizing or an explanation. If you want reliable service, go else
I had an appointment but nobody would let me in. I’ve been several times before and was always pleased, but this was very weird. How annoying to walk 20 min, wait 20 min while ringing the doorbell several times, calling and getting no answer, and knocking, only to walk home still with hairy legs!
