I came here out of desperation. My usual waxing clinic was so busy, and I was in a rush so I came here. Definitely not happy with the service for $35. The lady doing my underarm wax was lovely but what should have been a 5 to 10 minute job maximum took 25 minutes because she couldn't get the wax off properly and had to use twisters to get the hair off. This place is so disorganised it’s an absolute joke. Today was the last straw, booked as soon as the doors opened and was told 20 to 30 minutes. I returned and then told it could be at least another 20 minutes. This happens every single time I go, and then today I found out the best therapist they had has actually left. I won’t be returning.
