I have told Waxit FOUR times since January, that I want to be removed from their contact list/unsubscribe. Now they text me from somewhere I can't block. Additionally, I emailed Waxit in December with a query and never received a reply.
She made me feel comfortable and able to tell her if I was happy with her service.
