My Saturday routine is always a hard session at the gym, and then across the road to Wawa to unwind and release all my stress. I always need to book my regular masseuse as she gets busy. It’s no surprise because her massage is just what I need to work out all my stiffness after the gym. She is also a happy spirit and very attentive.

I had a very disappointing experience with Name Nook due to their extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. From the moment I interacted with their staff, there was a clear lack of basic courtesy and respect. Instead of being helpful or attentive, they came across as dismissive and impatient, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. It was a very poor massage, I booked for 1hr for $80, the massage was poor, no relaxation, just a basic thing, and using too much oil. Totally waste of time. And plus in the end while cleaning the oil, she used the cold water towel, which also very rare to see in massage parlours. Moreover the masseuse, was going out again n again to talk and discuss I don’t know what. But it was totally a very bad experience in Wa wa massage . Such professionalism and cleanliness is rare these days but this place is both! Loved it great deep tissue massage left me feeling free and relaxed.
