I planned a weekend up north for my bachelorette party and had contacted Waves of Superior months ahead of time to book massages for my group. I was emailing with the spa and we had decided on the Saturday of the weekend we would be up north. On the weekend of our trip the spa emailed me Friday morning to see if my group would be okay with a male therapist, which I appreciated them checking, which would let us all have our massages at the same time. Beautiful building featuring hot tub, saunas, pool, exercise room. Amenities include tea, powdered cider, powdered hot chocolate, deluxe robes, slippers, disposable razors, shaving cream, combs. Massage felt rushed. Communication from staff was confusing.
