I've had my new Smart hearing aids for a month or so and just had the first month check-up to ensure all is going as planned. I must say that the experience and performance of the hearing aids is beyond my expectations. I now realise how much I was missing and feel more comfortable with than without them. The phone app is very intuitive and easy to use with both pre-set programs and is easily adjustable to create settings by using existing surrounding sounds levels to maximise the end result. Cannot recommend Audiologist Priscilla and her team including helpful reception staff more highly. I have been bringing my elderly mother here for several years, the helpful, knowledgeable advice given and recent upgrade of new hearing aides have made a life changing difference to our family. Thank you for your wonderful, kind, polite, and patient service 😀
Priscilla has been a great help over two sets of hearing aides and six years. The service has always been excellent and any questions I’ve asked have either been answered at appointments or over the phone immediately. I’ve moved from Bernafon to Unitron and am very happy with the new hearing aides.
Hearing Aid. - I’ve been coming here for around 6 years and have always received great service. Pricilla is fantastic — I can drop in anytime and she’s always happy. It makes such a difference knowing I’m well looked after. Highly recommend!
