Insane bait-and-switch manager who will play sweet and kind with you and then go off the wall when she wants you out. The property manager made false accusations about the state of my unit and terminated tenancy mid-lease without ever providing proof of anything. Tried to charge me to “flea treat” my unit when I have never once had fleas in my life, and she utterly refused to provide any photos or documentation of the “flea bodies” that got stuck over their booties. I’ve lived here for almost 10 years now and counting. Still here 2025. This place use to be a very family oriented community which is why we’ve lived here for so long. The people were great. and it is not anymore.Do not move here if you have kids or want to live in a family oriented place. Should be an old folks community to be honest. Feels like you are walking on eggshells living here . Too many apartments are having issues and they’re not being kept up on. Rent increases every year and their not worth what their going for

Some of my family members rent from them and now I do as well! Very helpful and friendly management and maintenance as well(: They are always understanding and willing to help out anyway theyre able too. 10/10 Rating forever!
