My 91yo mother stayed at Waverley Valley for just under 2 weeks after a long hospital stay for a fall. After some hesitation to living in a nursing home, we were pleasantly surprised how warm and receptive the staff and environment made us feel. A majority of the care workers do a great job of cheerfully helping mum, even when communication was a challenge sometimes due to mum’s cognitive decline and language capacity. The team at Waverley Valley assisted me immensely during a very difficult time with my father. They really and absolutely went above and beyond what one can expect.
