Very good place to live in quite and clean environment.
If you are a single woman or mother STAY AWAY from this landlord that threatens you, harasses you and REGULARLY misses rent payments, then threatens to take you to collections. My friend gave notice to leave March 29, they are trying to evict her on the 24th as they think she didn't pay her rent. She's shown them bank proof, but the landlord sends childish text messages.
