had a very disappointing experience with Wavefront Software Inc. Communication was inconsistent, and it often took far longer than expected to get responses or updates. The software did not meet my expectations, and several issues remained unresolved despite multiple attempts to get support. Our facility has utilized Wavefront LIMS since 2014 and it has truly benefitted our Lab. The software is easy to use and has helped to increase efficiency of our operations and reduce paperwork. The administrative feature allows you to easily configure the software around your needs along with a portal which provides detailed descriptions and videos for assistance with configuration, trouble shooting, change order and help ticket tracking.
They were instrumental in helping meet our clients reporting needs. They were even able to help me so we can do invoicing straight from the LIMs software.
We use Wavefront Software Inc. (LIMS) in our Laboratory Department at CG Labs. Our customization has resulted in complications in the past, however, the development team has been very timely in their response. They have been very helpful in determining ways to update our system to remove the complexity that we have, and move toward a more "out of the box" configuration.
