For some reason they really didn't want me to make a £400 booking after numerous attempts at trying to book with the constant promises of a call back. We ended going elsewhere
Always a lovely day out, shame the prices have gone up and prosecco is an additional cost unless having treatments. Staff are friendly, and it's a nice break from the usual drum of life.
After we messed up our booking and showed up here instead of where we actually booked it could not have turned out better. The staff were more than helpful, booked us in for their equivalent and price matched it for us too. Facilities are immaculately clean, pools are fantastic and the extra treatments were superb. Reception staff went over and above to make our visit one of the best Spa days we have ever had. Highly recommended!!
