Not very customer friendly. We weren’t informed of the September deal being on and stayed for a two hour session while paying full price. When we asked to apply the deal price afterward the manager was not willing to apply it. Facilities were OK but overpriced at full price. Outdoor sauna wasn’t hot at all and indoor steam room lacked good amount of steam and heat.
So fun to be able to drink bubbly in the jacuzzi!!
What a lovely Spa day me and Wendy had the welcome on arrival every where nice and clean. Had a Spa packed 2 hrs in the spa back neck shoulder massage and facial and lunch included Mared and Eirliw explained everything from start to finish 5⭐️Girls Xx We will be back soon Moira & wendy Xx💕
Superb spa and hotel. Would recommend booking and getting in before 3pm to maximise your time relaxing. The views from the hotel and spa are out of this world. The hotel is just outside a village so is easily accessible. You cannot miss it.
