All the staff are really friendly and the spa has lovely facilities with robe, towel and flip flops included. We went on Monday 29th December, it was busier than we expected for a Monday and imagine it must have been full to capacity as you couldn’t fit anyone else in. Some guests would go into the pools while leaving towels and robes on the beds, making it tricky to find a place to relax. We really enjoyed the spa experience of 2 hours which was included in hotel stay offer “soak & sleep”. The staff were friendly. We went around 2 pm on a weekday and it was just us, so nice to have the whole place to ourselves. Would definitely go back again.
Both my friend and I had an amazing time at the Wave Spa. Amelia and her team were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely return. Thank you all so much xxx
