I bought really cute earrings,and I was trying them on and when I closed it they BROKE,and it’s hard to close the earrings back🙄
Missed return by 1 day! Was even going to spend more. 14 day return policy is ridiculous and they bank on this! Lost 1 customer Wave... waving bye ! I get out was my responsibility to track this but its completely out of the norm.... 14 days... smh
