Completed my request on the website 13 days prior to my needed pick up date. This was my 1st time transporting a car. I received an offer which I accepted via the website and protocol. As it got closer to my requested pick up date we texted back and forth about the pick up date. The Wave contact was short, clearly irritated with my questions being a first time transporter of a vehicle. Jeremy is great to work with. Always get's the job done in a professional and timely manner. We've been using Wave Auto Transport for multiple moves and never any problems. Highly recomment.
CARRIERS DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. We transported four loads for them months ago, totaling $930, that they still have not paid. After so much back and forth for so long, we have given up on trying to get what is owed to us. We just want to warn people from working with this company, you will not get paid and there will be a lot of hostility from their end trying to get that money.
