I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wave Auto Transportation. I scheduled my vehicle pickup well in advance with the expectation that it would be delivered by August 25th. Unfortunately, Samantha—or Sam, as she referred to herself—waited until the last minute to arrange the pickup and ended up assigning an unreliable driver.
