The person on the phone had no clue on that topic so I requested a supervisor, waited 15 minutes, never got to speak to a supervisor and got transferred to a "correct department" where I ended up talking to voice mail. Zero credibility and simple unprofessional - Wauna credit union. Well, you loss, I went to another bank.
