I would not recommend Waukesha Bank for a mortgage or home equity line of credit. Their customer service has been poor at best. They are very old school too, requiring you to come into the bank to make principal payments. Their mail communications are bare minimum which require you to call with questions. Overall, I will be moving both my mortage and HELO to a more technology and customer service driven bank .
I received outstanding service from Maria at the Mukwonago Branch- my accounts were "hacked" so she got me up and running with new accounts, She followed through with contact in the next few days. She also was in contact with the Nicki in the Fraud Dept. who initially called me about fraudulent activity. Thanks everyone!
