I don't know why but pending, processing payments and bills were/are slow coming in and out of the account I had with them. It's why im banking somewhere else. I didn't have many issues with the bank until a few months ago when I noticed that bills were ok on the other side but on the bank side took longer than most grace periods. I'm currently working to get the money that is still in the account. I was directed to deposit it in the account to avoid overdraft fees. I filed for a payplan protection application with Waukesha State Bank on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and they are now telling me at lunch time that they cannot help me!!! Throughout our application process, he was uncooperative with our documentation request.
