Tried to set up a VA fiduciary checking account. Insisted I need a Domicary letter from the county clerk. My mom is alive. Not in probate. After 30 minutes he said you need ur mom's ss #. I stated you can use mine to get the account ($16k) open. I'll come back another day. No can do Jack said. I left over hour of less life. Another bank will get the $16 k and 2 direct deposits. Not a happy, 43 year WSB client.
