Bank Their slogan is "The Bank of Friendly Service" and they are true to that. They are a full service bank with a wide range of account options. The staff is friendly and professional.
I don't know why but pending, processing payments and bills were/are slow coming in and out of the account I had with them. It's why im banking somewhere else. I didn't have many issues with the bank until a few months ago when I noticed that bills were ok on the other side but on the bank side took longer than most grace periods. I'm currently working to get the money that is still in the account. I was directed to deposit it in the account to avoid overdraft fees. I filed for a payplan protection application with Waukesha State Bank on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and they are now telling me at lunch time that they cannot help me!!! Everybody knows that the funds that is available will empty very soon just like the first round. That it is first come first serve. I spoke with Joel ****. This individual is a non-customer who came to us because he was unhappy with his current bank's unresponsiveness regarding his Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) request. Throughout our application process, he was uncooperative with our documentation request. With funds limited, and for the benefit of other small businesses, we confirm that we did turn down this request for a PPP loan. Terrible Experience! – Their statement that they are "The Bank of Friendly Service" Is a joke! The staff treated me with unbelievable disrespect. I would never do business with Waukesha State Bank. The only thing that they had to offer me was customer service and they blew it! I can get everything else that they have to offer at any bank on any corner. Let
