I needed to open up an account for My Mother's estate who passed away. Never having to do this before I had lots of questions and I do all my banking at Waukesha State Bank so I went in and I met a young man named Diego Moctezuma. This young man provided me all the information I needed to begin the process. He did it with great care. I had stopped and spoke with Jose Velez where I bank at Waukesha State Bank regarding a notary for my dad. I mentioned that my dad resides in an assisted living facility and he is a fall risk. Jose stated he could come to my dad's facility to notarized my dad's signature. I was very pleased to hear that he would do that for us. I made an appointment and he showed up to assist. Thank you Jose! It was very much appreciated.
