I had stopped and spoke with Jose Velez where I bank at Waukesha State Bank regarding a notary for my dad. I mentioned that my dad resides in an assisted living facility and he is a fall risk. Jose stated he could come to my dad's facility to notarized my dad's signature. I was very pleased to hear that he would do that for us. I made an appointment and he showed up to assist. Thank you Jose! It was very much appreciated.

Appreciated the fact I could choose any branch location and specific person if I wanted to. Karla Castro from the E Racine Ave branch helped with our updates and was fast and very personable. She made our task very easy and we were out the door in less than 30 minutes.
