I bank at Waukesha state Bank in Pewaukee. My favorite teller is Esther. She is always kind and friendly. I know she will get all my banking right when I’m there.
I have been a customer for years and have had only good experiences. I would like to send kudos, too, regarding your drive-through teller, Esther. She has been efficient, caring, and remembered when I mentioned I was visiting a family member who is ill. Every time Esther sees me she not only welcomes me by name, she asks about my family member. Esther has a beautiful and pleasant voice and demeanor. It is because of WSB employees like Esther that I will not consider banking elsewhere. Thanks. Corinne Compton
