Still No money, not even the 4% they promised for December. I heard they dropped the Watts. I wish they’d reply to emails or calls. Crappy business. People without attorneys have already been paid. Huh?
I gave my sons information for an APAP lawsuit and have been trying to get ahold of them for over a year. I'm concerned, at this point, that I gave my sons information to a scammer.
If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible Law firm! Missed deadline on my claim causing the fvt to deem my determination accepted and was lied to my the firm employees that it was a fvt mistake not theirs ...In reality they never submitted a appeal or responded by the deadline ..Due to the lack of adequate counsel I didn't receive any reimbursement from the fvt for any out of pocket or additional living expenses or smoke damage ...I had to finally fire them just so I could get in contact with the FVT to find out what was going o... read more
Horrible service, horrible communication. They shouldn't speak for Archer Systems, the financial settlement company. Twice now, W&G have told us Camp fire claimants lies about our past two disbursements. We were told that Archer would have our last check to us "by 7/5/24", Archer knew nothing about that when I called them. I didn't receive until mid October. And now we're still waiting for the 4% disbursement that W&G said we would be receiving by Thanksgiving (this was reported on Action News) and we are still waiting and A... read more
