When we first were established with Watton, they took great care of us and were very responsive. Now that we have been working with them, we are struggling to get responses from our attorney and updates on our case. I’ve been emailing my attorney for 2 weeks without a reply. Very rude receptionist !! She did not want to answer any questions I had. I asked was there a location that I could visit in person and She hung up in my face while I was talking. I will never Do business with you all. Very unprofessional! **UPDATE** After Speaking with Mr Tim he provided a great service and positive attitude.
